Our work doesn't end when we drive away from your event. We take care of any results issues that may come up, including misspelled names, athletes missing from results, team issues, and so on. Our results adjustment request form is available on our website and linked from our printed and online results pages so that runners can contact us about any errors or omissions in the results.
If race directors need any additional information, such as a copy of the athlete database or race results files, we can quickly provide that.
In addition, we welcome the opportunity to exchange feedback on ways to improve your event and our services for the coming year.
