They are designed to help you get ready for your weekend races. Nothing like a little timed competition to get your heart rate up! A great way to get out during the week and maybe see a few familiar faces and meet some new folks with a similar passion for riding bikes! The course will change each week. We will attempt to keep the distance of one lap to 4 miles. Change in course could include something as simple as reversing the direction. This is our attempt to just mix it up, just a bit! The weekly course will be posted by Monday. You can choose, one lap or two!
